Cobras FC Annual February Break Camp and 4v4 Tournament

Who:  Open to all Cobras FC Players ONLY, all ages.


What: The first part of each day will consist of technical ball work and the final 2+ hours will be 4 V 4 games. This is an opportunity to take everything that each Cobras FC Academy participant learned and apply it in a fun, but competitive, atmosphere. Register individually. The entire group will be divided into teams of 4 on the first day and will compete against others of the same age/ability level for prizes.

When:  Monday, Wednesday & Friday: February 20th, 22nd & 24th 1-4pm

Where:  All Star Sports Arena (557 Ridge Road East).

Cost:  Only $45 for all 3 days ($5 per hour).

This EXCLUSIVE program is open to all Cobras FC players and designed and conducted by Scott Vallow (WNY Flash Asst. Coach & Rochester Rhinos GK), WNY Flash Player McCall Zerboni and Rochester Lancers Players Andrew Hoxie and Brayton Knapp.

Lil’ Cobras Fun Camp February Break 2012

Who:  Open to all young aspiring soccer players (ages 4-8) looking to have a bunch of fun and learn about proper soccer techniques.

What: This is a “Train like a Champion” 3-day Lil’ Cobras Fun Camp and is designed and conducted by Scott Vallow (Assistant Coach of the WNY Flash and ex-GK of the Rochester Rhinos) and Rochester Lancers Players Andrew Hoxie and Brayton Knapp.

When/Where:  February Break- Feb. 20, 22 & 24 (M, W, F): 11am-Noon at All Star Sports Arena (557 Ridge Road East).

Cost:  Only $30 per participant and fee includes a Lil’ Cobras Fun Camp T-shirt.

Cobras FC Technical Skills Academy 2011-12

COBRAS FC TECHNICAL SKILLS ACADEMY 2011-12

This Program is based on the recommendations from US Soccer’s Player Development Curriculum.

WHO: All soccer players of the Cobras FC looking to strengthen his/her technique (ages U8-U15, boys and girls). This is a supplemental training option exclusive to the Cobras FC and it is recommended that all Cobras FC players attend this Academy. This year, all participants will train only with others of the same age.

WHAT: This is the 10-session Technical Academy for 2011-12: Regular, premium training will make you a better soccer player and this program gives Cobras FC players, of all positions, the professional environment where they can work on their technical soccer skills, be challenged and have fun. The program is designed and headed by Scott Vallow, Cobras FC Director of Player Development and Assistant Coach of the WNY Flash (ex-goalkeeper for the Rochester Rhinos).  Scott holds of a USSF “B” Coaching License and additional staff, if needed, is made up of current pro players, High School Varsity/JV coaches or other qualified coaches with 10+ years of experience. 

COST: Only $50 per participant ($5 per date)
